Apparitions Through Time:  Work by Hayley Carrow & Catherine Willett

August 7 - 29, 2015

Opening Reception: Friday, August 7,    6-9pm

These works visualize imprints from Carrow and Willett's gathered, fragmented experiences and show ghostly remembrances as disparate parts of a whole. Bits of the past come together to shape a lingering web of the human, animal, dreamlike, and real. Each piece is considered a metaphor, given life through the realization of place as memory. Recollections follow us like scraps of paper in the wind, forming a makeshift perception of place and home.
